Shipping at a Glance

  • Free standard shipping on orders of $150 or more.
  • Orders under $150 are charged a flat $5 shipping and handling fee.
  • Standard delivery usually arrives within 5–7 business days after shipment.
  • We currently ship within the United States only.

After You Place Your Order

  • Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll begin preparing your order for shipment. Keep an eye on your inbox. We’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as it’s on the way.
  • If you order multiple Mora products, your items may ship separately. If you receive a partial shipment, no need to worry. The others are on the way and will arrive within the estimated delivery dates.
  • If it’s been a while and you’re still worried that your package won’t arrive in time, please fill out the form in the Mora Care Hub or email us at care@moraceramics.com. We’ll check the status of your order and do our best to help.

Shipping Fees

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders of $150 or more.
  • Orders under $150 are charged a flat $5 shipping and handling fee.
  • Free shipping eligibility is generally based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes, shipping fees, gift cards, or other non-product charges, unless otherwise stated during checkout.
  • Shipping and handling fees help cover order processing, protective packaging, tracking, carrier service, and fulfillment-related costs. All shipping fees are shown at checkout before purchase.
  • Please note that shipping rates and free shipping thresholds are subject to change at any time.

Shipping Rules and Restrictions

  • Since our primary focus is fast and convenient shipping, so you can hit pause with your new Mora product as soon as possible, cancellation of your confirmed order is not possible. However, with our 30 day promise, you can return your Mora product for a refund if you are not 100 percent happy. For more details, please check our Return Policy.
  • We do NOT ship internationally at this time, including Canada. We currently ship within the United States only.
  • We do NOT recommend using P.O. Boxes as shipping addresses. If used, delivery will be handled at the carrier’s discretion. Once tracking confirms delivery to the address or carrier-designated location, the order is considered delivered. Returned shipments will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee.
  • Orders can be shipped Monday through Saturday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Multi-Unit Addresses and Delivery Locations

For apartments, condos, dorms, office buildings, and other multi-unit addresses, carriers may deliver packages to the building’s mailroom, package room, lobby, front desk, parcel locker, reception area, or another designated delivery area for that address. Delivery directly to an individual unit door is not guaranteed.

Once tracking confirms delivery to the shipping address or to the building’s designated delivery area, the order is considered delivered. Customers are responsible for retrieving packages from their building’s designated delivery area and for providing a secure, complete, and deliverable shipping address.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check your mailbox, mailroom, package room, lobby, front desk, parcel locker, building management, nearby entrances, and neighbors where applicable.

We may ask for additional information, such as a carrier case number, building management statement, package room record, or missing package report, before determining whether further assistance is available.

Once tracking confirms delivery to the shipping address or to the building’s designated delivery area, Mora is not responsible for loss, theft, or misplacement after delivery, except where required by law.
