Shipping Policy

 

Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll begin preparing your order for shipment. Keep an eye on your inbox — we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as it’s on the way. 

If you order multiple Mora products your items may ship separately. If you receive a partial shipment, no need to worry! The others are on the way and will arrive within the estimated delivery dates.

If it’s been a while and you’re still worried that your package won’t arrive in time, please fill out the form in the  Mora Care Hub or email us at care@moraceramics.com. We’ll check the status of your order and do our best to help.

SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS:

  • Since our primary focus is fast and convenient shipping, so you can hit pause with your new Mora product as soon as possible, cancellation of your confirmed order is not possible. However, with our 30 day promise, you can return your Mora product for a refund if you are not 100 percent happy. For more details, please check our Return Policy.
  • Free shipping on orders over $100. If under $100, a flat rate of $5 will be charged for shipping.
  • We do NOT ship internationally at this time (including Canada), only within the United States.
  • We do NOT ship to P.O. box addresses at this time. 
  • Orders can be shipped Monday through Saturday (excluding U.S. Holidays).
  • Please note that shipping rates are subject to change at any time.
